CONFIRMATION OF REGISTRATION
- Registration is accepted when full payment has been received. Once payments have been cleared, you will receive the confirmation via email from Secretariat Committee.
CANCELLATION
- Cancellation must be informing to the registration desk by e-mail
- The amount of refund depends on the date of cancellation.
- Cancellation notice received by Sep 30th, 2017: 50% of the total will be refunded
- Cancellation notice received after Sep 30th, 2017: No refund
- Refunds will be made after the congress. Bank transfer charges for cancellation refunds must be covered by applicants
